1. Download, complete, and sign the loan application forms.

2. Prepare your document:
   (1) Paycheck stubs for both borrower and co-borrower for 2 months.
   (2) Bank Statements for 3 months.
   (3) W-2 forms for most recent 2 years.
   (4) A copy of most recent mortgage payment stub showing loan number and payment information.
   (5) A copy of property insurance policy showing expiration date, agent name and phone number.
